Dipak has had an international career of over 25 years in management consulting, corporate and investment banking, finance and strategy. He has held senior country, regional and group roles with Standard Chartered, Barclays, Emirates NBD and Deutsche Bank in London, Hong Kong, Dubai, Singapore, and most recently Frankfurt, where he was Director for business performance and strategic financial planning at Deutsche Bank’s global head-quarters.

He came back to Mauritius and joined IBL as Group Chief Finance Officer from January 2015. He is a Director of two listed companies, Eagle Insurance Limited and Alteo Limited, is currently the Vice Chairman of The Stock Exchange of Mauritius, is a member of the Economic Development Board of Mauritius and has served as a member of the International Advisory Board Member of the ICAEW in the UK.
